为了给我庆祝生日，爸爸妈妈打算给我买一个生日蛋糕，再给我买一本书。早上，我高高兴兴的去上英语，放学的时候，爸爸妈妈来接我去买东西。我们先去了蛋糕房，我跑的飞快，生怕耽误时间，当蛋糕做好的时候，才知道爸爸妈妈都没带钱，气得我的眼泪都在眼眶里打转了，我们只好回家拿钱。拿上钱之后，我飞快的跑到蛋糕房里，买了一个漂亮的水果蛋糕，这时我的心情有了好转，又到书店里买了一本《科学世界》，这才高高兴兴的回到了家。回到家之后，第一件事就是吃蛋糕，我吃的狼吞虎咽，嘴边上全是奶油，像和蔼的圣诞老人一样，逗得爸爸妈妈哈哈大笑。吃完蛋糕，我舒舒服服地坐在沙发上津津有味地看着新买的书，可高兴了，心里像吃了蜜一样甜。

在我生日的时候，妈妈给了我一个杯子。每当我看见这个杯子时，我就会想起那件事，感受妈妈浓烈的爱。

在我生日前一天，我发现妈妈房间里床头柜边上有一个小巧又漂亮的杯子。这杯子很漂亮，杯口大一些，下面的比上面的小了好多。杯子上还画有许多花，五颜六色的，非常漂亮。上面还有一只喜羊羊，真有趣。我高兴极了，这是妈妈给我的生日礼物吧。我紧紧地抱着杯子，放到我的书包里，带到学校。

一到学校，我立马把杯子拿起来炫耀，同学们都围观过来，羡慕不已。我把这个杯子当水杯用，拿去装水喝。当我端着杯子喝水的时候，那些花就像真的一样，似乎都在游动，还散发出一股清香味，更使得我爱不释手！

下午放学回家，妈妈见我手里捧着那个杯子，惊奇地说：“你怎么拿了我床边的新杯子喝水？”我满脸疑惑：“这个杯子不是我的吗？”“不……不是，我的杯子坏了，我……我又买了一个。”妈妈的回答让我失望极了，我以为那是妈妈送给我的生日礼物呢，原来他们都不记得我的生日了。妈妈好像知道了我的心思，转过身子，到卧室里去干什么了。

第二天早晨，正是我的生日，我吃了饭，正要悻悻地上学去。突然看到门口柜子上放着我的最爱的“喜洋洋”杯子，杯子的下面还压着一张纸条，上面写着：“女儿，生日快乐！我本来是要今天才给你礼物的！”原来是这样，我立即“阴转晴”，兴高采烈地抱着“喜洋洋”上学去。

我终于得到了这个漂亮的杯子，妈妈的爱是那样的浓烈。
