4、除了对文章架构和段落的注意外，还要对句式的变化和文采多做修饰。如果一篇作文里只有一两个句式，则会显得单调；如果修辞单一的话，文章就会显得空洞不充实。

5、整篇作文完成后，要进行检查。首先要从整体上，对上下文的内容进行通读，看看是否都切合文章主题要求，段落间的表达是否与整篇内容一致，删除那些和主题无关的句子。还要检查语句的通顺，用词是否准确。确保整篇文章的时态、语态一致，语法正确，词组的搭配符合日常习惯等等。
